Monday

2:59 p.m.: Power tools valued at $1,000 were reported stolen from a shop in the 27900 block of North Bohn Road near Athol.

Tuesday

8:58 a.m.: Copper wire valued at $14,000 was reported stolen from a business located in the 8500 block of East Burma Road near Harrison.

12:19 p.m.: A white 1983 GMC pickup valued at $1,500 was reported stolen from a storage unit at a business in the 6500 block of East Trinity Lane near Athol.

3:32 p.m.: A yellow 2002 Yamaha dirt bike valued at $2,000 was reported stolen from a shed at a residence in the 3200 block of North Chase Road near Post Falls.

Loudermilk, 40, Priest River: 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended, $1,500 in fines and two years probation for failure to notify upon striking fixtures on the highway, unlawful transport of an open container of an alcoholic beverage and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use.

Damien L. Bunch, 28, Rathdrum: Two years determinate penitentiary time and three years indeterminate time with retained jurisdiction for probation violation.
