Keller Williams Realty

launches 'Luxury

Homes by Keller Williams'

Keller Williams Realty Coeur d'Alene officially launched a new division, "Luxury Homes by Keller Williams."

"Luxury Homes by Keller Williams is an exclusive, elite and sophisticated group of real estate consultants worldwide raising the bar for service in the upper-tier home market," said Ben Fairfield, CEO of Keller Williams Realty Coeur d'Alene. "This important addition to our organization allows us to make available to our luxury home clients the industry leading technology and marketing that have made Keller Williams Realty the nation's second largest and fastest growing real estate company when they are buying or selling luxury property throughout the North Idaho Panhandle and across the country."

Keller Williams Realty International has set the barrier to entry high for agents who want to be certified as a Luxury Homes by Keller Williams agent, Fairfield said.

"Agents must have a successful and specific track record in the sale of luxury homes, which in our market is the top 10 percent," he said.

Luxury agents must also successfully complete a certification course through the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

Keller Williams Realty Coeur d'Alene is made up of more than 125 Realtors with offices in Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint.

Verizon Wireless expanding 4G Long Term Evolution

network in Spokane

Verizon Wireless announced it is expanding the world's first large-scale 4G Long Term Evolution network in Spokane by Dec. 31.

By the end of the year, Verizon's 4G LTE network will be available in 190 U.S. markets, and will cover more than 200 million Americans. Residents in Eastern Washington and North Idaho communities including Coeur d'Alene, Harrison, Hayden, Kellogg, Post Falls, Priest Lake, Sandpoint, Spirit Lake and St. Maries can soon join residents in Spokane County to take advantage of speeds up to 10 times faster than the company's 3G network. The expansion also delivers 4G LTE to the Schweitzer Mountain and Silver Mountain ski resorts near Sandpoint and Kellogg.

"In just a few weeks, families, small businesses, and local government in these North Idaho and Eastern Washington communities can experience the fastest, most advanced wireless network in America," said Bobby Morrison, Pacific Northwest Region president for Verizon Wireless.

Open meetings to evaluate how to establish health

insurance exchange

"A health insurance exchange is a marketplace that individuals and small businesses can use to shop for health insurance plans from a variety of insurers at competitive prices," director Bill Deal said.

Idahoans who want to voice their opinion on what an Idaho exchange should be like, or just want to learn more about a health insurance exchange, are encouraged to attend the information and feedback sessions and provide input.

Idaho Health Insurance Exchange Information and Feedback Schedule:
