Aletta Anne Hoard, 69

Aletta Anne Hoard, 69, of Post Falls, the daughter of Elmer and Florence Norelius of Osborn, passed away Nov. 30, 2011, at Kootenai Medical Center, after a long battle with cancer.

She is survived by her loving husband, of 51 years, Chuck Hoard; her sister, Kristy Wrede of Cheney, Wash.; her three daughters and one son, Beverly Howard and Brenda Jones of Las Vegas, Nev., Carma Boyle of San Antonio, Texas, and Richard Hoard of Post Falls; six grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

Aletta was past president of the American Legion Auxillary, Post 143.

There will be a potluck gathering for family and freinds at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2011, at the American Legion Post 143 in Post Falls. No flowers please.
