EASTON: Please don't sell out

As everyone is aware, the Camp Easton Boy Scout Camp is close to being sold to Discovery Land Company/Gozzer Ranch developers.

Not only do the Boy Scouts worldwide lose in this kind of situation, but those who have donated all the land/facilities/time and money to these camps are finding themselves asking - "why?" Their questions go unanswered, and big money goes to a non-responsive protected organization.

The message to the young people of America most impacted by these kinds of decisions is in direct opposition to the Boy Scout creed. Words like honesty, tradition, forthrightness, caring for the environment are being lost to the Boy Scouts and their families finding their beautiful Camp is gone and they've been sold out.
