LOWERY: Help much appreciated

I would like to thank Nancy Lowery for her prompt attention in resolving a dangerous situation on the bike trail along Highway 95. She advised me it was not a city of Hayden problem. Then she, as a caring and considerate person, made the correct contacts and in less than a week the problem was taken care of.

Again, thank you for your attention to detail and your willingness to help.
