Daniel Hudson Matheny, 60

Daniel Hudson Matheny was born in St. Maries on Aug. 10, 1950, and passed away April 19, 2011, in Miami, Fla., at the age 60. He had a sudden heart attack early Tuesday morning. He was loved and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Daniel is survived by his wife, Janis Matheny and children Joelle Matheny, Sean Matheny, Kelley Kelley, Carly Matheny and Emily Jones; grandchildren Chase Matheny, Karson Kelley and Shane Kanyid; and sisters Kim Sipper of San Antonio, Texas, and Debbie Matheny of Souix Falls, S.D.

A memorial service honoring his life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 30, 2011, at Kennewick Baptist Church located at 2425 West Albany Ave. in Kennewick, Wash.
