RISCH: Not his fault; blame Pelosi

Mr. Thompson should read the Constitution which says "all bills raising revenue must originate in the House of Representatives." Is he not aware the Democrats were in charge of all the departments of government for the last two years and that they failed to pass a budget as required by law? Nany Pelosi is the culprit - not Senator Risch. It would be helpful if people would read the CONSTITUTION SO AS TO KNOW WHAT IT SAYS!
