AVISTA: Raises just rate increases

Bravo Mr. Harris for telling it like it is for so many of us, and doing it so well. Avista takes undeserved extraordinary compensation claiming profits that are nothing more than rate increases. We would all love to give ourselves a raise whenever the going gets tough.
