GUNS: Population divided into groups

I see our lawmakers have fallen into the usual pit of ignorance regarding guns. Let's face basic facts. The population is divided into two groups: law keepers and law breakers. When you allow a regulation like: "you can't have guns here" (wherever ‘here' might be) you are saying: "Law breakers can have guns here but law keepers cannot." If you think that makes even minimal sense then you and I are from different planets. When will people come to realize what has been proven over and over and over again and again: when you prohibit guns you are giving law breakers a free pass to shoot and kill as they please without fear of anyone standing against them. I once thought that here in Idaho these simple facts were understood but I see now I was wrong.
