Firefighters fight for a cure

HAYDEN - Northern Lakes Professional Firefighters, Local 4045, are fighting for a cure.

During October the firefighters will be donning pink at work to increase awareness and raise funds through T-shirt sales.

The T-shirts cost $15 each or two for $25. All proceeds benefit the local breast cancer foundation Susan G. Koman for the Cure.

Shirts will be sold at Northern Lakes' fire station at 125 Hayden Ave.
