TAXES: No time to increase them

Don't you know, this is the worst time to raise taxes? It is unconscionable and does not help the economy. What about city employees keeping their wages status quo? People out of work, plus families on limited income have suffered as well as seniors who have not had a cost of living raise in two years. City employees should be happy to have a job with benefits.
