ELECTION: The truth is shocking

I hope that I am not the only person who was stunned about the article "Canadian could decide election." I had no idea that you could vote in the United States election without living here.

I would have to believe that this is an enormous problem in our country given the fact that four people from Canada voted in our little city election, legally. How does that bode for national elections and issues that can change our country?
