Howard M. Rose, 82

Howard M. Rose, born Jan. 18, 1928, went to be with Jesus on Sept. 20, 2010.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn R. Rose; three daughters, Lynn (John) Davison, Sheila (John) Ransom and Liah Rose; four stepchildren, Judy McKenna, Sherry (Don) Carpenter, Kevin (Ginny) Thienes and Janet Thienes; 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Also survived by brothers Gaylord (Ardyth) and Ed Rose; sister Shirley Hoefle; sister-in-law Zerita Rose; and numerous nieces and nephews!

Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 26, 2010, at the Hayden Lake Friends Church. Potluck dinner to follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of North Idaho or charity of choice.
