Opera class is this weekend

Opera Coeur d'Alene is presenting Fred Glienna's adult opera class in preparation for the production of "La Boheme." It will be on Saturday at Todd Lecture Hall in the North Idaho College Molstead Library. It runs 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with one intermission.

The class is $25 per person.

"La Boheme is one of Glienna's favorite operas and he will spend a great deal of time in preparation for his class. If you have seen it, you will undoubtedly want to see it again," according to a press release. "If you have never seen it, you owe it to yourself to see and hear what is often called the most beautiful opera ever written."
