Steven T. Gatten, DDS, has new associate join practice
Andrew Larson, DMD, has joined the practice of Steven T. Gatten, DDS, as a new associate dentist. The office of Dr. Gatten and Dr. Larson is located at 2201 N. Government Way, Coeur d'Alene. The office said it will be expanding its hours.
Jill Andrews gets
award from US Bank
Jill Andrews, a financial adviser in US Bank's wealth management group who works at 6376 N. Government Way, in Coeur d'Alene, has won US Bank's annual presidents award. It's the company's highest consumer banking employee achievement honors.
Andrews was among a select number of top performing employees nationwide to win US Bank's award and was recently recognized at a company dinner.
Rick Hartnack, vice chairman of consumer banking for US Bank, said, "Jill deserves tremendous congratulations for this achievement as she does an outstanding job to make sure our customer's expectations are not only met, but exceeded."
Local educators selected
to board of directors
Two North Idaho educators have been elected to the Northwest Professional Educators' board of directors.
NPE is a non-union professional educators organization for educators in Idaho, Washington and Oregon.
Dr. Bill Proser, of Coeur d'Alene, is the founder and former principal and teacher at the Coeur d'Alene Charter Academy. He was re-elected to the board.
Brad Patzer, of St. Maries, also was elected. Patzer is principal and region 1 district liaison for the Idaho Digital Learning Academy, is a 2003 Milken Family Foundation national award winner who received the distinguished service award from the Idaho Professional Standards Commission in 2009.
Icon Credit Union
opens new Cd'A branch
Icon Credit Union has announced that next month it will have a new location in the Coeur d'Alene marketplace. It will relocate to 1336 W. Kathleen Ave., having outgrown the existing branch office at 1839 N. Government Way.
The new location has been renovated after being purchased in July.
It was formerly the Coeur d'Alene Teacher's Credit Union, across from Ramsey Elementary School.
Cd'A Association of Realtors, MLS election results in
The Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors and Multiple Listing Service held their annual elections.
2011 CAR board of directors include Jill Satterly, incoming president; Kim Cooper, president-elect; Jan Leaf, vice president; Vicky Houle, past president; Karen Hulstrom, secretary; Denise Lundy, treasurer.
The new local directors are Katie Bane, Brenda Gabriel and John McMurray.
The 2011 MLS board of directors are Debbie Myles, president; John Thomas Sinclair, president-elect; John Corcoran, past president; and Dennis White, secretary-treasurer.
The new directors are Chad Oakland and Walt Wardak.
