POST FALLS - There's still a chance to be a part of the River City Round Up.

The Post Falls Chamber of Commerce fundraiser will be held on Saturday at the Greyhound Park and Event Center at 5:30 p.m.

As of Wednesday, 16 tickets were still available. Tickets, $55 per person and $400 for a table of eight, will remain on sale at the chamber through Friday night.

"This is our signature event, our main fundraiser of the year," said Pam Houser, chamber CEO. "It will help us sustain operations at the chamber, which includes running the visitor center six days a week.

"Our goal is to raise $25,000 to $30,000 net profit."

More than 250 are expected to attend.

The event will feature bullwhip artist Robert Dante, a three-time Guinness Book of World Records holder; country singer Barry Lee White; and local fiddlers Rogan and Colby Tinsley.

Food will be provided by Outback Steakhouse and Big Bear Deli.

There will be a silent auction, raffle and best boots and buckle contest.

Auction items include a Molokai, Hawaii, vacation, Silverwood Theme Park package, mule rides at the Jacklin Ranch, Walla Walla wine tour and whitewater rafting trips.

"We're not down on donations," Houser said. "A lot of new businesses stepped up to donate things."

There will also be a "Diamond Dig" for a chance to win a half-carat diamond with a $1,000 value. There will be 50 chances to win and the cost for each chance is $20.
