Center Partners expands

COEUR d'ALENE - Center Partners Inc. is opening a third call center in North Idaho and now is training 80 new sales representatives who will start working there, company representatives said Friday.
The new call center site has about 200 seats and sales representatives will begin taking calls there Wednesday. About 180 people initially will work at the new site.
It's located at 7830 N. Meadowlark Way in 26,000 square feet of floor space leased from Parkwood Business Properties, said Matt Carleton, call center site director. It is just southeast of the intersection of U.S. 95 and Prairie Avenue.
Center Partners calls itself a "domestic outsourcer" that handles customer service, technology support and sales needs for eight different clients currently.
Carleton said Center Partners spent about $750,000 getting the site ready to open.
The other Coeur d'Alene site is located at 1201 W. Ironwood Drive, and has about 42,000 square feet of floor space and 600 employees, Carleton said. The Post Falls site is at 784 S. Clearwater Loop, and has 27,000 square feet and 600 employees, he said.
Center Partners is a 12-year-old company that has had operations in North Idaho for nearly 10 years. The company is headquartered in Fort Collins, Colo., and also has operations in Idaho Falls.
