TRAFFIC: Engineer sounds like a 'she'

Regarding the My Turn column by Dennis Decker: I have also noticed these traffic problems and agree with Mr. Decker with just one exception. Mr. Decker referred to the designer of this traffic flow on Ramsey as "he." After reading through the column a couple of times, I am wondering if "she" might be the appropriate word. Some of these ideas seem to be more in line with the feminine mind.

I wish Mr. Decker would look at the traffic nightmare on Prairie just west of 95. Those candlestick dividers are placed so the ladies can get to the shopping area - certainly not for safety. Should have been painted pink instead of yellow!
