Discover us again...

Since we just finished unpacking all the boxes and putting the finishing touches on our brand new office, I thought this would be a perfect opportunity to let you all know a little more about Spoelstra Family Chiropractic and our vision. This past weekend we moved from our first location in Hayden to our beautiful new office in Coeur d'Alene. Our new address is located at 370 E. Kathleen Ave., Suite 600. We're directly across the street from the fairgrounds between Government Way and Fourth Street.

Over the past few years in practice I have had the honor to meet many local families and I would like to take this opportunity to reintroduce myself and my staff to you. I was born and raised in Michigan. After graduating from Mason High School, I decided to venture a bit for my first year of college so I attended The University of Hawaii in Honolulu. After a fantastic year there, I returned to Michigan to attend Michigan State University for the remainder of my undergraduate studies. I then attended Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic in Spartanburg, S.C. A year before graduation I married my husband, David, and we set out to find the "perfect" place to live, raise a family and, of course, start a family practice. We feel that Coeur d'Alene is our paradise and are glad to call it home.

Our office is also staffed by two wonderfully talented women. Tiana Owen is the chiropractic assistant/office manager. She came to us with much office experience and has been a tremendous asset from day one. Her zest for life, health and family make her a joy to share my days with and perfect for our family practice. Those of you that know Tiana and our office know that she brings great positive energy and heaps of knowledge to our practice. We are very fortunate to also include a certified massage therapist on our staff. Ellie Getchus has been with us since May and is a tremendous addition to our staff. Our patients have nothing but truly positive feedback concerning Ellie's massage therapy techniques.

Our Chiropractic practice believes in helping our patients and their entire families to heal naturally... from the inside out. If the spine is not aligned, our body can not function at its optimal. We thoroughly examine each patient before an adjustment can be performed and X-rays are taken in our office when the examination dictates the necessity. We have been very fortunate to help hundreds of people and their families in this community to take back their lives by reclaiming their health. It is our mission to continue to improve the lives of as many families in this community as possible by helping them reclaim their health and live the life they were born to live! Our new office is specifically designed so that we can serve families efficiently. You'll find our new office full of healthy, vibrant energy that we hope to share with each and every patient.
