BECK: Rally was really something

| September 5, 2010 12:04 PM

I would like to share with the people of Kootenai County the phenomenal experience I encountered while having the privilege of attending Glenn Beck's "Restoring Honor Rally" held in Washington, D.C.

This rally had nothing to do with politics. It was attended by an army of well-mannered folks showing impressive expressions of gratitude for our Special Op Troops, the principals that made this country great.

It was a wake-up that we as a nation need to cling to our traditions and restore individual responsibility. Hope comes from the truth and we need to live the truth. There is kindness in all and we must make improvements in our own lives to reach the divine destiny.

It was humbling seeing 240 priests, clerics, pastors and rabbis interlocking arms and coming together to focus on FAITH-HOPE-HONOR and to become united as one together.

I am proud to have been a part of such a moving and uplifting experience. Would I do it again? YOU BETCHA!
