THEFT: Garage sale swindlers

Back on Saturday, July 3, my girlfriend was running our garage sale on Finucane Drive in Hayden and two older heavyset, gray-haired women stole some of our things. First they were very nice, asking questions about her wedding dress and earrings she had for sale and then how much for some silk plants and then one distracted her while the other put things in their car.

The things we know that they took were three large silk plants in baskets, two of them were the same, tall dark green plants in darker golden brown baskets and the other lighter green leaves with some burgundy flower accents and a pair of white gold pearl and diamond earrings. They were in a newer dark blue boxy SUV.

If anyone knows what happened to these items, please let The Press know.
