TSA: Needs to start profiling

| November 30, 2010 6:26 AM

These TSA screening procedures remind me of a story I heard several years ago - I wish I could remember exactly how it went - where a man lost something on the street in the dark.  Maybe it was his car keys.  But instead of looking near the car, he crossed the street and was looking for the keys under a street light.  When asked why, he replied that there was more light there and he could see better.

This is pretty much what our TSA people are doing, looking where it won’t be found.  It’s time to quit wasting time, and get on with the business of protecting this country by profiling.  PROFILING.  Political correctness will be the death of us if we don’t wise up.

Are we really so afraid of offending our enemies that we won’t protect ourselves?

Sincerely,

MARY MURDOCK
