Downtown businesses report burglary attempts

COEUR d'ALENE - A pair of downtown businesses were targeted by burglars this week.
Figpickels, 312 Sherman Ave., reported that someone broke a small door window in attempt to enter the toy store late Sunday or early Monday.
Someone also pried at the deadbolt with in effort to open the door, according to a police report, but did not get into the building.
Norm's Auto Body, 315 Coeur d'Alene Ave., was broken into late Wednesday or early Thursday.
The owner told police a door window was broken and someone entered the business.
While someone rummaged through drawers and moved some items, nothing was missing.
