Jessica Marie Blanksma, 66

Jessica Marie Blanksma, 66, of Coeur d'Alene, passed away Friday, Nov. 12, 2010, in Coeur d'Alene.

Private services will be held at the Grand Mound Cemetery in Rochester, Wash. Saturday, Nov. 27, 2010. She was born Oct. 9, 1944, in Portland, Ore., the daughter of Jesse and Dorothy (Schlessinger) Wright. Jessica was the owner of Blanksma Metal Buildings, LLC for 25 years in both Idaho and Washington.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dean Herbert Blanksma; her father, Jesse Wright; her son, Ty Horton and sister Judy Ventoza.

Jessica is survived by her children: daughter Judith Tassie of Lake Havasu, Ariz., son Monte Horton of New Meadows and son Rayford Horton of Rochester, Wash.; grandchildren: Blake Horton, Jacklyn Horton, Devon Tassie and Hunter Tassie; great-grandchildren: Blake Horton Jr. and Paige Horton; sisters: Doris Coy of Wasilla, Alaska, Edith Anderson of Lewiston, Diane DeLarm of Lake Havasu and Dorothy Senescu of Palm Springs, Calif., and numerous nieces and nephews.
