WOMEN'S BASKETBALL

COEUR d'ALENE - Sophomore guard Kama Griffitts had 22 points and eight rebounds as the sixth-ranked North Idaho Cardinals defeated a team of former Cardinal standouts 86-39 on Saturday in their home opener at Christianson Gymnasium.

NIC (4-0) travels to Sheridan (Wyo.) College on Wednesday.
