CHEYENNE, Wyo. - Emi Yamamoto had two goals and an assist as the 10th-ranked Laramie County Community College Eagles eliminated the North Idaho College Cardinals 3-1 on Friday in the semifinals of the District B tournament at Laramie County Community College.

Allysa Howell had six saves for NIC, which concludes the season 10-5-3.

"Allysa had a very good game in goal," NIC coach Dan Hogan said. "It was a disappointing ending to an otherwise great season."

"Demi was our best attacker today," Hogan said. "She was giving defenders fits throughout the game with her speed and energy. Rachel Crawford also had an outstanding game getting forward from her right back position to press the attack."
