CLIMATE: Proof of global warming

| May 21, 2010 10:00 PM

On May 13 a new climate and energy bill was introduced in the U.S. Senate. Wherever you stand on global warming, you might want to consider that each of the following has stated publicly in writing that either 1) climate change is real and/or 2) it is serious and/or 3) the country needs to quickly reduce greenhouse gas emissions:

• America’s three largest coal companies

• America’s three largest oil companies

• America’s three largest car companies

• America’s three largest electrical utilities (the primary

users of coal)

• The U.S. Supreme Court

• Every major National Academy of Science in the world

• Every major U.S. Federal agency, including the

• Securities and Exchange Commission

• Senior U.S. military advisors, and

• Leading Republicans President George W. Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney and Sen. John McCain.

If this does not convince you that something serious is happening with the world’s climate, then what would it take? I have all of the verifiable citations if anyone is interested.
