ARRHENIUS, Dwight "Dewey," 76, lifetime St. Maries area resident, died May 13, 2010, from injuries received in an automobile accident near Hardin, Mont. Arrangements are pending and service time and place will be announced at a later date. Hodge Funeral Home, St. Maries, is assisting the family.

PARKER, Donavon W. "Donny," 61, of Plummer, died May 11, 2010, at home from cancer. Born Nov. 15, 1948, in Tekoa, Wash. A Celebration of Life will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 22, 2010, at the DeSmet Longhouse in DeSmet. Pastor Marlow Thompson will officiate at the service. Kramer Funeral Home of Tekoa is handling the arrangements.

BOYER, Edna S., 86, of Post Falls, died May 6, 2010. Born May 28, 1923, in West Hoboken, N.J. Her only request was to be taken back and laid to rest with her husband in South Dakota. No services will be held. English Funeral Chapel, Post Falls, provided the final arrangements.

GRIFFEY, Sharon L., 58, of Coeur d'Alene, died May 7, 2010, at Kootenai Medical Center in Coeur d'Alene. Born Oct. 12, 1951, in Redwood City, Calif. A Celebration of Life will be held at noon Saturday, May 22, 2010, at Kiwanis Park, in Post Falls, off Ross Point Road. Please join the family in a Celebration of Life and potluck barbecue for Sharon.

MOORE, David J., 52, of Seaside, Ore., died May 3, 2010, in Seaside, from cancer. Born March 26, 1958, in Gustine, Calif. A memorial service was held on May 8, 2010, at Arcadia Beach State Park with a reception following at the Pizza Harbor. David's eyes were donated to Lions Eye Bank.

ZUMBAUM, Lester "Les" Normen, 81, of Post Falls, formerly of Wallace, died May 16, 2010, at the Kootenai Medical Center Circle of Life in Coeur d'Alene. Born Feb. 24, 1929, in Harvey, N.D. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 22, 2010, at the United Church of Christ Congregational in Wallace, with Rev. Robert Evans officiating.
