CAR SEATS: Officer responds to crisis

I want to thank Cd'A Police officer Bill Tilson for coming to the rescue of my granddaughter in the midst of her car seat installation dilemma...he stepped up to the plate and offered expert advice to her, responding to my letter to the Editor on Sunday, May 9. He was able to answer all her questions and set her mind at ease. I, and my granddaughter, Jessica, just want to say "thank you!"
