Senate minority leader Kate Kelly and other minority Democrats have their heads somewhere else other than the people’s. “A frivolous lawsuit” to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America: What price freedom? A frivolous lawsuit is a slip and fall or coffee in the lap. I applaud Gov. Otter and the legislative patriots we have in Idaho for taking a stand against an ever-consuming federal government. “WE THE PEOPLE” need to vote these socialist zealots out of office.
