7:45 a.m.: Damages of $1,000 were reportedly done to the display front lawn at a business located in the 5300 block of West Riverbend Avenue near Post Falls.

4 p.m.: An orange Stihl chainsaw, a red craftsman tool box with hand and power tools valued at about $800 were reported stolen from the garage at a summer residence in the 29700 block of North Brickle Creek Lane near Spirit Lake.

Joel F. Jackson, 26, Spokane Valley: 365 days in jail with 335 days suspended, work release, $1,000 in fines, driver's license suspended for 365 days and two years probation for driving under the influence.
