HEALTH BILL: Marks end of many rights

For you liberals that don’t understand, this Health Bill provides for the rationing on health care, particularly for senior citizens, yet provides free health care for illegal immigrants, and free abortion services. The bill will eventually force private insurance companies out of business.

This legislation has no intentions to provide health care choices, it is a convenient cover up for the most egregious transfer of power to the Executive Branch of Government that has ever occurred. Adopting this legislation will destroy a major portion of the Constitution. Nowhere in the Constitution is there any authority granting members of Congress to regulate health care. Regardless what the 3rd and 4th Amendments grant us, in this bill you can completely forget about the right to privacy, this bill has taken that away from all of us.

We can forget about being protected against unreasonable searches and seizures. If we decide not to have health care insurance or if you have private insurance that is not deemed acceptable to the Health Care Administrator appointed by Obama, there will be a tax instead of a fine because of the intent to avoid application of the due process clause of the 5th Amendment. Additionally, this or any tax imposed by Obama can be removed from your checking account, as this health bill includes the ability of the government to have access to all of your financial records and accounts. I’ve mentioned where the 3rd, 4th and 5th Amendments have been over ridden by Obama, but, it doesn’t stop there, the 9th and 10th Amendments have been compromised.

Under the provisions of this Health Bill, neither the people or the states are going to have any rights or powers at all in many areas that once were theirs to control. I could write more about this legislation, but I think you get the idea. This is not about health care; it is about seizing power and limiting rights.  For those who might doubt the nature of this threat, I suggest they consult the source, the US Constitution, and Bill of Rights.
