Darlene Marie Shuck (Pfeil), 49

Darlene Marie Shuck (Pfeil), 49, entered into the loving arms of her Heavenly Father on Saturday, March 13, 2010, with her family by her side, after a long battle with multiple health problems. She was born on June 13, 1960, in Wilkinsburg, Pa., to Robert and Marie Pfeil. She was raised in Grand Junction, Colo.

She began her family with her husband, Troy Shuck in Phoenix, Ariz. Darlene and Troy then moved to Post Falls, Idaho, in 1992, where they raised their children and created a home.    

She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Shuck, and is survived by their four children, April Buvel and husband Robert III of Moscow, Idaho, Ryan Shuck and wife Joy of Bozeman, Mont., Pamela Yandt and husband Noah of Post Falls, Devin Shuck of Post Falls, and brother Robert Pfeil and wife Hiedi of Castle Rock, Colo., along with many nieces and nephews.

She enjoyed knitting, sewing, singing and serving in any aspect that she could in her local church. She will be laid to rest at Coeur d’Alene Memorial Gardens in Dalton Gardens, Idaho. She was loved and will be missed by all.

Please join us in a celebration of Darlene’s life at 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 17, 2010, at Grace Bible Church, with reception to follow.

A memorial fund has been set up at Mountain West Bank in Darlene’s name. The family wishes that donations be made to the memorial account instead of flowers in order to help with the financial burden to the family.
