McFADDEN, Colonel Billy Cooper, 89, of Coeur d'Alene, died March 13, 2010, at home. Born May 1, 1920, in Independence, Mo. Services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, March 19, 2010, at English Funeral Chapel, 1133 N. Fourth St., Coeur d'Alene. Graveside services with military honors will follow.
