James La Barge, 85

James La Barge, 85, entered into rest peacefully on March 1, 2010, at Kootenai Medical Center. He was born in Spokane, Wash., on June 11, 1924.

He served in the U.S. Army from 1942 to 1945. He lived in several locations throughout his life but eventually came back home.

He is survived by his daughter, Cherie Pearcy and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom he loved very much.

The family would like to extend a grateful thank you to Ivy Court Nursing Home and to Veterans Services for the respect, kindness and most of all the love they showed him in the last months of his life.
