Canucks 4, Predators 2: Jannik Hansen scored the go-ahead goal with just under 6 minutes left in the third period and visiting Vancouver beat Nashville.

Flyers 3, Maple Leafs 1: Simon Gagne and Danny Briere scored in a 1:16 span in the second period, and Michael Leighton made 27 saves to lift host Philadelphia past Toronto.

Jeff Carter scored his 30th goal to help the Flyers break a two-game losing streak in their first home game after the Olympic break. Nikolai Kulemin scored for Toronto.

Canadiens 4, Ducks 3, SO: Brina Gionta and Tomas Plekanec each scored shootout goals and visiting Montreal beat Anaheim.
