The Baltimore Ravens obtained Anquan Boldin from the Arizona Cardinals on Friday for a third- and fourth-round pick in the 2010 draft. The 29-year-old Boldin has amassed at least 1,000 yards receiving in five of his seven seasons, including 1,024 yards on 84 catches last season.

Boldin received a new four-year, $28 million deal with Baltimore in which $10 million is guaranteed. He was to set to earn $3 million next season, the last of the four-year, $22.5 million deal he signed with Arizona after the 2005 season.

n Julius Peppers is no longer a Carolina Panther.

The five-time Pro Bowl defensive end and top free agent prize agreed to a six-year deal with the Chicago Bears.

The Bears also added running back Chester Taylor from Minnesota and blocking tight end Brandon Manumaleuna from San Diego.

n A 20-year-old college student accused Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger of sexually assaulting her at a nightclub early during a night on the town near where he owns a lake home.

Police said the alleged assault occurred early Friday morning in Milledgeville, about 85 miles southeast of Atlanta.

Seattle’s Garrett Olson gave up six runs while getting only two outs and the Mariners lost to the San Diego Padres 9-3 at Peoria, Ariz.

Cavaliers 99, Pistons 92: LeBron James had 40 points and 13 rebounds, leading host Cleveland past Detroit in a game delayed when Pistons guard and former Eastern Washington standout Rodney Stuckey collapsed late in the third quarter.

Stuckey’s vital signs were stable, and he was conscious and breathing on his own at the Cleveland Clinic, according to the Pistons. He was transported there for tests.
