Humpday suggestion: Check out this concert tonight

POST FALLS — One of the region’s most talented and unique musicians is performing tonight.

Darin Schaffer, who plays a variety of stringed instruments including a piccolo bass, sitar, sarod and custom made bowed guitar viol, will be featured at Jacklin Arts & Cultural Center at 6:30 p.m. Doors open an hour earlier, and admission is $10.

Drummer Tom Taylor, a friend and fellow former member of Coeur d’Alene-based band Moments of Clarity, is expected to join Schaffer.

Schaffer has done five solo albums including newly released “Places.” Earlier in his career, he and the other members of Moments of Clarity produced three albums.
