Prairie swept by L-C

LEWISTON - The Prairie Cardinals were swept by the Lewis-Clark Twins 9-2 and 5-2 in a North Idaho League class AA doubleheader late Thursday night at Harris Field.
Prairie dipped to 1-4 in league and overall. It was the league opener for Lewis-Clark.
No other details were available at press time.
Prairie plays host to Trail on Saturday in a 1 p.m. doubleheader at Post Falls High.

COEUR d'ALENE - Ransom Storm, Sam Fortis and Jesse O'Hagan each had three hits in the first game for the Loggers (6-5), who scored seven runs in the first inning at McEuen Field.
