Florence (Char) Davis, 75

Florence (Char) Davis, 75, died May 31, 2010, in Coeur d’Alene. She was born Oct. 28, 1934, in Long Beach, Calif., to David and Florence Eynon.

On Aug. 5, 1956, Florence married Jack Davis in Nevada. She moved to North Idaho in 2006. Florence was a homemaker and a professional bingo player.

She is survived by her son, Jack Lee Davis Jr. of Colorado; daughter Cindy Spence of Coeur d’Alene; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; brothers Carl Eynon of Nevada and Joseph Eynon of Washington; and sisters Mary Trujillo of California and Barbara Larson of California.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Davis; brothers Jack Eynon, Jim Eynon and Tom Eynon; sisters Wilma Ruppe and Lee Bandy.

Memorial service was held Friday, June 4, 2010, at Legacy House Assisted Living, 1136 Mullen Ave., Post Falls.
