Mamie Ruth Moffett, 80

Mamie Ruth Moffett, age 80, of Post Falls, passed away on July 5, 2010 due to complications from liver disease. Mamie was born in Bryans Mill, Texas, Jan. 12, 1930. She lived the first part of her life in various parts of Texas, Arizona, and Denver, Colo. She and her family moved to Post Falls in 2000. Mamie lived a long and prosperous life. Mamie loved life, family and friends. She was a very strong woman with a heart of gold and complete faith in the Lord.

Mamie is survived by her husband George of 62 years, son Donald Moffett, daughter Rebecca L. Steinbach, five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter.

Please join us in celebrating Mamie’s life at Calvary Lutheran Church, 1011 N. Compton St., Post Falls, at 4 p.m. Friday, July 9, 2010. A light dinner will follow.
