NIC: Teachers footing the bill

Priscilla Bell, the Leona Helmsley of NIC.  In a capricious twist of fate, the very same teachers who are taking cuts in pay and benefits are funding Ms. Bell’s increases through their property taxes.   Hubris comes to mind.
