DOGS: Leash 'em or risk losing 'em
Another summer and still no change. What was I thinking? Apparently, the children, community, yards and other pets are not in consideration when IRRESPONSIBLE PET OWNERS ALLOW their dogs to run LEASH FREE.
This is an ongoing problem that apparently no one cares about in our small neighborhood next to a busy highway. So if your LOOSE DOG gets hit by a car, I will not feel sorry. Athol has adopted the leash laws of CDA but does not follow them.
Fine neighborhood with NO 12 acre lots to allow RAMPANT DOGS. Is it going to take a child to be attacked before you yahoos do something? No problem, we need the money. If my child gets hurt by any of your loose dogs, I will sue for hospital costs, court costs and have your mutt put down.
Problem solved.
