Steven Michael Blythe, 21

Steven Michael Blythe, 21, of Post Falls, Idaho, passed away peacefully at home on Feb. 19, 2010. Steven was born on Nov. 17, 1988, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

Steven lived in Post Falls with his father Robert, and brother Nicholas. Although Steven had severe Cerebral Palsy, he was a wonderful little boy, who touched many, many people in his life. Steven was full of laughter and brought joy to everybody he met. He loved to go camping, travel, go for walks and most of all he just loved being around people.

Steven graduated from Post Falls High School in 2009. He loved school and was a very popular student. Steven accomplished more in his life than most. He was triumphant and loved life.

Steven is survived by his father, Robert Blythe and his brother, Nicholas of Post Falls; his, grandmother Dee Hamilton and grandfather Gordon Hamilton of Coeur d’Alene; aunt Tracy Forester of Tioga, N.D., uncle Mike Weidmeyer of Tioga; grandmother Shiley Dalton of Post Falls and uncle Douglas Smith of Hayden Lake, Idaho.

Funeral services for Steven will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, 2010, at Yates Funeral Home, located at 744 North Fourth St., Coeur d’Alene. All who knew Steven are welcome to attend.

Yates Funeral Homes has been entrusted with the care of final arrangements.
