REQUEST FOR PUBLIC COMMENT & NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Idaho Housing and Finance Association in partnership with the Idaho Department of Commerce seek public comment regarding the Idaho's Affordable Housing and Community Development program's 2011 Annual Action Plan. The Plan is drafted to comply with HUD requirements. Public Comment will be accepted beginning January 3, 2011 and will end @5 p.m. February 4, 2011. A Public Hearing to receive comment will be held January 25, 2011 from 4:30-5:30pm at the Park Plaza, 565 West Myrtle, Boise, Idaho. LEGAL NOTICE The East Side Highway District holds it's regular board meetings on the first and third Monday of each month at 9:00 a.m., in which the public is welcome to attend. Workshops for preliminary subdivision reviews are held on the second and fourth Monday of the month at 9:00 a.m.- if scheduled.
