Hangover Handicap set for Jan. 1

The 34th annual Hangover Handicap is 9:30 a.m. Saturday. It begins and ends behind Michael D's restaurant at 23rd and Coeur d'Alene Lake Drive.

The five-mile fun run is an out-and-back course that goes along the Centennial Trail.

The race is a fundraiser for TESH, a nonprofit that helps people with disabilities learn to live independently.

Strollers and dogs on leashes are welcome.
