Shirley Galloway, 80

Shirley Galloway, born in Spokane, Wash., May 24, 1930, passed away Dec. 14, 2010. Born to Buford and Ivylee Finch, she was raised in Coeur d'Alene.

She went to school there and graduated from Coeur d'Alene High School. Shirley enjoyed playing Pinnacle, arts and crafts and Bingo, which some would say she was the luckiest person alive. She belonged to the Lakeside Senior Center, Good Sams Club and Parents Without Partners.

Survivors include good friend, Jean Shaw; son Bobby Plumlee of Gorman, Calif.; one daughter; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Susan.

A memorial service will be held for Shirley at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 18, 2010, at English Funeral Chapel, Coeur d'Alene.
