Purse-n-alities for everyone

Like many women, Suzan Helmhout loves switching purses frequently.

The problem she faced was the hassle of removing the items from the discarded purse to the new one day in and day out. Suzan found she was constantly misplacing important items like her keys, checkbook, and lipstick.

This was the inspiration for her line of purse inserts, Purse-n-alities.

With the help of her mother, Mary, and three daughters, Suzan started her own business two years ago.

"My three daughters have encouraged me, and thought that this concept was a wonderful idea," Helmhout said. "And my creative and talented mom helped with the design and made the initial pattern for the insert."

Being a working mom, she understands the importance of being able to grab her bag and go without the worry of leaving something behind.

"It's a little business in progress," Helmhout said. "I think a transferable purse organizer is something that every woman can appreciate."

Helmhout said she has over 20 purses of her own, and her product makes it easy to switch bags without losing anything.

The inserts have several pockets for organizing, and come in a variety of colors.
