Phyllis LaSota Ritter, 91

Phyllis LaSota Ritter born Jan. 29, 1919, to Phil and Winnie LaSota in Metaline Falls, Wash., passed away Dec. 12, 2010.

She graduated from UW and had an exciting career with Pan Am Airways where she met Fredrick R. Brady, Air Force pilot, in Alaska and married. She had Judy and Jim Brady. She later acquired her teaching certificate and was an elementary school librarian in the Clover Park School District in Lakewood, Wash. Phyllis widowed and remarried her high school sweet heart William Ritter and they resided in Centralia, Wash., for many years.

Phyllis completed her life in the Coeur d'Alene area near son Jim. Phyllis leaves son Jim Brady, grandson Sean Brady, Susan Ritter of Centralia, Tom Ritter of Centralia and Jim Ritter of Casper, Wyo.

Phyllis was preceded in death by daughter, Judy and husband Bill Ritter.

A memorial service is planned for springtime in Metaline Falls. Donations to your local Alzheimer's Chapter will be greatly appreciated by the family. Yates Funeral Home has been entrusted with the final arrangements.
