Lt. Col. John H. Miller, 87, retired USAF, passed away Sunday, Dec. 5, 2010, in Coeur d'Alene.

A celebration of life will be held from 2-4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 16, 2010, at The Bridge Garden Plaza in Post Falls. Burial with full military honors will be held at 2:15 p.m. Friday, Dec. 17, 2010, at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery in Medical Lake, Wash.

A complete obituary will be published in a later edition. Yates Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of final arrangements.
